BMX bike 20 inch matte & pearl black - complete custom rebuild

Custom BMX build, black and chrome.
Like new!
I do bike maintenance and build projects (vélo éllo), mostly road bikes now but i used to have a custom BMX company (Bears on custom bikes) a couple of years ago. With all the free time atm i decided to put together a project bike. Starting price is the cost price of the bike and parts (not including paint and about 20hours work!), not after getting rich but hopefully someone will get a great Xmas present and it'll fund the next project.
Top tube length is 19.5inch. A shop would tell you thats teenager/130-170cm, but i built it with a smaller flatland/nimble bike in mind. Im 175cm and its perfect for me!
The fork offset is 30mm so not too steep or wide. Complete build weighs 12.4kg so pretty light-to-standard for steel, 'optional extras' removed it is 11.7kg.
I can do a quick bike fit during collection to adjust to size of rider, if that's of use?
Whats new? Pretty much all of it!
-Steel frame (like new) - stripped back to metal, hours of sanding smooth, zinc-primer to protect metal, then primed (sanded) and painted up with matte black and pearlescent black (sanded), then 2k gloss (sand3d again!) and matte clear coat. The pearlescent paint is 'Audi's phantom black' over a coat of gloss black. Hard to get a good photo of it but the flakes catch the sun.
Please note...as it was a project there are a few non-obvious small scuffs on the paint from fitting cables/wheels (see last 2 photos). The rear drop out I rubbed back the paint to leave a neater channel for the wheel nut and clear coated it again, only way to avoid paint damage everytime you do up the nuts.
-All bearing (wheels, headset, bottom bracket) are brand new and built up with red lithium grease.
Spin. Like. A. Dream.
-Brand new 165mm chrome one piece crank and black and chrome 44t chainring. Brand new chain and freewheel. I have a old black chainring that is smaller (36t?) which is free if you want the option in the future. I like the bigger ring for cruising/day-to-day use.
New black and chrome 20" wheels, fitted with new white wall tyres (20x2.125). Also added chrome nuts and pegs to finish look.
Brand new brake levers, cables, and front and rear brakes - all in white. Gyro braking for rear brake. All cable inners are new and lubed up.
Brand new chrome handle bars (slightly narrower than standard to make it easier to move them around). Brand new low profile black grips.
So whats not new...?
1- The frame! But as described above its 'like new,.
2- The stem, mostly so i couldn't decide what i wanted so i found a really good condition black and chrome 1 and tidied it up. Could could be kept o  the bike long term if you wanted or upgraded later.
3- seat post clamp, as above.
I also didn't add a saddle as i used my normal 1 for testing, my plan was either brown or camo but that's personal choice. I have a spare saddle and post that can be included for free if you wish.
Pedals on the bike are a smaller (kids?) basic pair i used for testing, can be included too if needed.
All tested and tightened. I'll protect the frame now to keep it in great condition (kept indoors to my wife's delight!)
