Purchased from Halfords on 22 September 2020 and I have literally ridden this cycle 3 times for a total of hardly one hour - it's in perfect new condition. Stored safely in a clean dry place - no damage whatsoever. Retail price is £250 so this is a great bargain for a new built ladies bike. I am 5'2 so have the small frame. Collection only from Wembley - happy to wear a face mask and sanitise when bike is collected for safety and peace of mind.
