Vintage steel road racing bike Shimano Exage Suntour BL Sugino Nitto Suzue Tange. Bought from Coney Hall Cycles (West Wickham) approx one year ago and further refurbished by myself. Unsure as to maker of the frame; I was told by the shop at the time of purchase that it was manufactured by Lotus (the American company, not the Mike Burrows company of the same name) but I have no way of verifying this as there are no decals on the frame.Frame is is good condition. It runs true and has no dents. I would describe the paintwork as good. Has the odd scratch and rust spot here and there but barely noticeable. The group set is in excellent condition. Down tube shifters, front and rear derailleurs are Suntour BL. Front and rear brakes are Dia-Compe 500 callipers side pull. Brake levers Shimano Exage. Tange Sekei headset (regreased and very smooth). Sugino double chainset (both rings showing little signs of wear). Other parts as follows:Wheels: Ukai alloy rims on Suzue hubs. Hubs very smooth and little wear to rims. Stainless plain gauge spokes.Handlebars: Nitto shallow drop with new handlebar tape.Bottom bracket: traditional cup and cone. Recently serviced and greased and running very smoothly.Saddle: Selle Italia anatomicalSizing: top tube measures 56cm centre to centre while seat tube measures 58 cm centre to top.UK bidders only please.
