Pendleton Drake 3 speed hub gear ladies bike

Here for sale is my partner's Pendleton bike, I bought it new for her as she wanted a hub geared bike for lower maintainence, she has loved it very much but a change of circumstances has meant it hasn't been used much recently. This is the larger 18" version (there were two sizes available). My partner is around 5'7" and the bike is set up for her as pictured. There is enough adjustment for a few inches either way. I am closer to 6' and can also ride this comfortably.The bike has been modified to make it more reliable, comfortable and practical to use. This includes a higher rise stem and on one mary bars, upgraded seat post with more layback, Halo Twin Rail Berlin edition puncture proofed tyres (£50 a pair) full length mudguards, kick stand and a Tortec rear rack. I've added a picture of how the bike looked at when new which hopefully shows what has been added and changed. Condition wise the bike is still in very good shape, everything works perfectly and there are just a few marks on the bike from use. There were some marks on the handlebars from having the bike upside down which I have touched up. I've added some new brake blocks recently as well, along with a new set of grips to freshen things up. The bike can be either collected from my home address in London, E4 or packed and posted at the stated cost. Thanks for looking and feel free to ask me any questions :D
