RALEIGH "LADY CLUBMAN" 1983, 531 FRAME

RALEIGH LADY CLUBMAN 531 LADIES CYCLE  52/53 CM FRAME1983 I have for sale a Raleigh “Clubman Lady: with a Reynolds 531 Frame 52 cm frameIt is in very good condition and was hand made in Nottingham works in the 1983. They used the Reynolds 531 tubing. The old Raleigh catalogue described the Clubman a “Touring machine par excellence” The Raleigh bicycle company, originally based in Nottingham, started manufacturing cycles in 1887. Raleigh was always at the cutting edge of innovation. It is one of the oldest bicycle companies in the world. It has up right handle bars and  cork handle grips, with the addition of easy to reach brakes and a good range of gears, it is a very comfy rideIt sports it’s original Claret metallic paint and hand painted logo’s is in excellent condition for it’s age. After almost 40yrs it’s bound to have a slight mark or two, but nothing to deter for it’s stunning appearance . There is no rust. On it's service, it had new pedals fitted. I have tried to take as many pics, so any marks should show It has a lovey gold bell which pings and matches the (mudguards a little wear and tear, only to be expected” are matching in gold, with  gold trim in the paint work. I will leave on the lights front and back, the matching drinks bottle holder and also the mobile phone holder on the handlebars.
