Refurbished Road Bike 48cm

Fully rebuilt and refurbished road bike, 48cm aluminium frame with 14-speed gears, in good condition. I fully rebuilt and serviced this bike over the first lockdown period, so I’m very comfortable/pleased to say it runs well! Collection from Shoreditch/Hackney area ideally, or anywhere within reasonable ‘exercising distance’... just drop me a message if you’re unsure.The works included stripping the bike down to its parts, cleaning and de-rusting, regreasing almost all nuts, bolts and screws, regreasing the front and rear wheel bearings and handlebar column bearings, reassembly and servicing including wheel trueing. Brand new parts include: tyres and inner tubes, gear cabling, brake cabling, brake pads and handlebar tape. I also replaced the pedals with decent second-hand resin pedals too. As you might expect there are some scuffs and scratches on the bike from general wear-and-tear but nothing of concern and I’d be happy to send more photos if required. I am a bit sad to be selling this but it was a great project and good fun to do - it will be a nice commuting/first racing bike for the next owner.
