Specialized Allez Elite 2019 Size L / 58CM (Vision Wheels included).It brings me much sadness that I have finally decided to part ways with my beloved Specialized Allez Elite Road Bike. This bike has brought me an immense amount of joy over the two years I've had it and has opened up a world of cycling possibilities which I really hope brings its next owner. I've decided to move on to something more suited to off-road gravel adventures, and whilst I'd love to keep this trusted steed (N+1 etc.) I sadly do not have the space. As mentioned, I bought this bike brand new in October 2018 and it has since provided me with many comfortable miles of blissful riding. I bought it as an intermediate step-up from the bike I had previously and would highly recommend this to anyone looking to get a bit more serious. The initial attraction to this bike was the brand (Specialized are a reliable and high-end brand and it really shows), Shimano 105 gears (again, very reliable in all conditions, and compare very close to my Ultegra set-up on my other bike), and lightweight frame with carbon fork. The bike can handle long rides with comfort (new Bontrager Aelous Comp saddle also included), short rides with enough speed to keep-up with the serious guys and bike-packing adventures comfortably (see pictures, it can easily support a full bike-bag set-up).As mentioned in the title, I will also including my new (purchased in April 2020) Vision Trimax 45 Carbon wheels in the price, which have proved to be fantastically quick, lightweight and very reliable. These were £699 bought when new, but seeing as I want to move to a disc-wheel bike, I sadly won't have any use for them anymore. Also included are two Continental Gatorskin Tyres (25mm on front and 28mm on back). NOTE: pedals not included!As expected from a 2 year old bike, it does have a few scratches and dents to the paintwork, but nothing that affects the performance of the bike. I recently had it serviced (August) and no issues were raised. The frame size is 58CM.
