SPECIALIZED TRICROSS SPORT - SMALL/52CM FRAMEUPGRADED TO SHIMANO 105 - COMPACT DOUBLE 18 GEARSThis bike has always been kept indoors and has not been used for probably more than 10 years. Nevertheless, I have given it a quick clean and tinker and test ridden it in my street and confirm:*shifters/gears still work fine*as do the brakes - both the shifter brakes and the bar top extra levers*bottom bracket and headset are smooth and free of ‘play’See this link for the original spec but note that it has been upgraded to 9 speed Shimano 105 Flightdeck shifters and rear derailleur. Also has a new, unridden back wheel: https://www.bicyclebluebook.com/value-guide/product/11915/Condition is pretty decent, there are some marks on the paintwork and some scrapes to the shifters from leaning on walls. But given that this bike is 15+ years old you really wouldn’t know it. I didn’t use it as my regular bike. A word on the sizing - I’m 5’9” / 176cm and it was a relaxed fit on me. I think I’m around about the max height for the frame but you could definitely be a lot shorter due to the low stand over height and CX geometry. Also has full SKS Chromoplastic mudguards (could do with the metal fittings trimmed to allow a better fit - I just couldn’t be bothered!)Currently fitted with 28mm tyres but will take wider cx/gravel tyres.
