Trek 4500 Mountain bike

Hi, my mountain bike that is no longer currently in use. I have serviced the bike and it is running perfectly.Good working condition chair and back tyre need replacing wore out.The spec of the bike is as follows -- Trek 4500 Mountain Bike Aluminium Fram with Rock Shox Judy Front suspension. Size 16 - see attached photo of the sizing guide so that you can see the full sizing specs. My wife is 5?6 / 169cm and rides the bike comfortably- Shimano double sided pedals - SPD clip on one side, standard pedal on the other.
